What can I say but WOW? An almost full capacity group of dancers who had a wonderful time! We wouldn't be able to have such a successful event without all of the participants - THANK YOU!
Our heartfelt thanks to Zandra McCallum, Marthe Thibeault, and "Pete" Vincent-Schroeder for instruction and to Joe and Beth Arnold for a great job with DJ services. Joe was not able to teach this year, but his presence under the circumstances was very much appreciated!
Thank you to Sue Champagne for the wonderful job done on the change of our logo for our event. Since the Vale superstack is slated to be demolished, we changed our logo to the Big Nickel.
Helvi's Catering did a wonderful job with our lunch, once again. Delicious!!!
Winners of complimentary registration for NCLDC 2025 were: Bonnie McDonald and Mary-Ann Christoper. Winner of the 50/50 draw was Gabrielle Robertson. Monetary gift winners: Louise Poirier, Carol Salmers, Jane Stephens.
Many local first-time dancers did not attend the evening dance, but hopefully they will be able to for next year.
We were able to donate $1,250.00 to the Blue Door Soup Kitchen from net proceeds from the event plus proceeds from the 50/50 draw. Thank you so much for your support.
